• Portfolio insights
• Risk and return metrics
• Performance evaluations
• Data-driven investment tools

We do not provide regulated investment advice or recommendations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract.

3. Account Registration

Users must:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Not create multiple fraudulent accounts
• Not misuse OTP verification features

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or misuse the Service
• Attempt to bypass security controls
• Launch automated scraping or abusive traffic
• Upload harmful, illegal, or copyrighted data
• Misuse communication features (OTP/email)

5. Portfolio Data

Users may upload or connect portfolio data (CAS, statements, manual entries).

You retain ownership of this data.

We use it only to provide analytics and improve the product.

6. No Investment Advice

Quantify Money is not a SEBI-registered advisor.

All analytics are for informational and educational purposes only.

Users must make investment decisions independently.

7. Third-Party Data & Integrations

We rely on third-party financial data sources.

We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data.

8. Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, outages, and security events may temporarily affect access.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Abuse
• Security threats
• Fraud
• Violation of Terms

Users may delete their account at any time via support.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• We are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate data
• We are not responsible for investment outcomes
• The platform is provided “as is” without warranties

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
